FAQ
How can I register for Labquality Days 2022?
You can register on our website. Once you’ve registered, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will get your delegate pass once you arrive at the congress venue. With the delegate pass you will be able to attend the lectures and lunch buffet.
You can register for one or two days. If you participate with an ePoster, you’ll get a 25% discount. The early bird fee is available until the 30th of November 2022, so make sure to register on time! When you register, you’ll be asked if you want to show your name in the list of participants, if you have any dietary restrictions and if you want to take part in the congress dinner on Thursday.
You will also receive lecture recordings after the event. The tickets as well as the lecture recordings are personal and you may not be passed on to third parties.
Can I post about the event on social media before and during the event?
Absolutely! Use the official hashtags #LQD2023 and #LabqualityDays. You can also use this sticker on your social media posts.
Can I ask questions during the lectures?
Yes! You can use the Labquality Days mobile app to send questions to the lecturers. Because of COVID 19, we won’t use a microphone in the audience during lectures. Instead, the chairman will ask the questions that have been sent via the app at the end of each lecture. You can also send in questions ahead of the congress by emailing us at koulutus@labquality.valudata.fi. Please note down the person your question is intended for.
I gave my permission to show my name, organisation and title in the list of participants. Where is this list?
The list will be given to exhibitors. It will also be shown on the mobile app in the networking tool, which allows you to communicate with other congress visitors. The participant list will not be sold or passed on to anyone outside of the event.
Can I watch the lectures after the event?
Yes. All available lecture recordings and presentations will be available about a week after the event, and they will be available to you for three months. All lectures that will be recorded and available after the congress will be marked with * on the event programme.
The recordings will be available on the Labquality PRO -online platform. You will receive login details for the platform via email. Login details are personal and may not be passed on to third parties.
I’m having some technical difficulties with watching the recordings. Who can I contact?
Please contact us at koulutus@labquality.valudata.fi. Please note that we don’t recommend using Internet Explorer with Labquality PRO.
I have registered but I can’t come to the event.
You can cancel your participation free of charge up to 14 days before the event. After that, we charge 50% of the participation fee. If you cancel less than seven days before the event, you will be charged 100%.
Always cancel by writing to us at koulutus@labquality.valudata.fi. The participating organisation may also change the person coming to the event free of charge by notifying us in writing before the event at koulutus@labquality.valudata.fi.
Will it be safe to come to the event?
Yes. We constantly monitor the current situation with coronavirus and always follow the official restrictions and guidelines. We aim to organise a socially distanced event where close contacts and queues will be avoided. You can help this by keeping a distance from others, using a face mask and hand sanitiser.
What if the event can’t be held in person?
There are currently no restrictions on public events in Finland. Should it not be possible to organise the event in person due to new restrictions, the event will be held online and all tickets will be updated to online tickets.
Are there any travel restrictions when coming to Finland?
There are no travel restrictions when arriving from most countries, such as countries in the EU and Schengen area. If you are arriving from outside of the EU and Schengen area, you will be asked for your vaccination information. We would recommend familiarising yourself with the up-to-date restrictions and travel information here and here.
If you need to take a COVID-19 test upon arriving in Finland, you can book and purchase one here.
