Maintenance on Thursday 6th Feb and Friday 7th Feb 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
During the construction hours, the service doors in use are V11 (heavy items) and Siipi entrance (light items). Vehicles can use door V11 for quick unloading. Please see: Building Instructions, Messukeskus Siipi for more information.
Thursday 6th Feb 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 7th Feb 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Friday 7th Feb 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Quiet dismantling is allowed after 2:00 p.m.

Three levels of sponsorship packages are available to ensure a better coverage. 2020 sponsor packages will be announced in June 2019.
Speaker’s Corner Presentation
After booking your Speaker’s Corner presentation time you can send your presentation material from the link below. Please send your presentation by 4th February 2020. You can also bring the presentation to the event with a memory stick but please reserve some time to transporting the file.

Electricity and cleaning are ordered using the venues online service eMessukeskus. You can also order other additional exhibition services and products from the service. eMessukeskus user account is created for your contact person. You get an email for activating the account when the service is open in the beginning of December. Please order additional services with normal price by 29th December 2019 (prices for additional services rise: after 29th Dec + 20 %, after 18th Jan + 50%)

Invoicing and Cancellation Terms
Please note that the bookings are binding. A booking can be cancelled without charge if cancelled by 30th November 2019. For cancellations during December 2019, 50% of the exhibition price will be charged and for any later cancellations the full price will be charged. Cancellations in written format by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We will charge the participation fee before the event (end of January / beginning of February).
