Important Dates of the 2020 congress

Please send exhibitor information by 30th November 2019
Order additional services from eMessukeskus with normal price by 27th December 2019
(prices for additional services rise: after 28th Dec + 20 %, after 17th Jan + 50%)
Please send your sponsorship information and materials by 31st December 2019

Speaker’s Corner Presentation 2020

After booking your Speaker’s Corner presentation time you can send your presentation material to us. Please send your presentation by 4th February 2020. You can also bring the presentation to the event with a memory stick but please reserve some time to transporting the file.

Invoicing and Cancellation Terms 2020

Please note that the bookings are binding. A booking can be cancelled without charge if cancelled by 30th November 2019. For cancellations during December 2019, 50% of the exhibition price will be charged and for any later cancellations the full price will be charged. Cancellations in written format by email to: paivi.burakoff@labquality.fi  or info@labquality.fi. We will charge the participation fee before the event (end of January / beginning of February).

Lunch and Exhibitor Room 2020

Lunch is reserved in two restaurants (Paltta2 and Panorama) at open from 11 to14. lunch it´s not included in the exhibitor´s fare. Exhibitor´s fare is 14,00 EUR/ person. Exhibitors can buy a lunch ticket from restaurant or sending email to ext-henrik.eriksson@messukeskus.com. Exhibitors have their own break room on the 2nd floor (Room 216), which serves coffee, tea, fruits and biscuits.

Construction hours:
Wednesday 5th Feb 2020 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Maintenance on Thursday 6th Feb 2020 and Friday 7th Feb 2020 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

During the construction hours, the service doors in use are V11 (heavy items) and Siipi entrance (light items). Vehicles can use door V11 for quick unloading. Please see: Building Instructions, Messukeskus Siipi for more information.

Exhibition hours:
Thursday 6th Feb 2020 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 7th Feb 2020 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Dismantling:
Friday 7th Feb 2020 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Please inform your booth designers and builders about the following instructions: Building Instructions, Messukeskus Siipi.

eMessukeskus Service 2020

Electricity and cleaning are ordered using the venues online service eMessukeskus. You can also order other additional exhibition services and products from the service. eMessukeskus user account is created for your contact person. You get an email for activating the account when the service is open in the beginning of December. Please order additional services with normal price by 29th December 2019 (prices for additional services rise: after 28th Dec + 20 %, after 17th Jan + 50%)
