Dear Exhibitor, welcome to the Labquality Days Congress 7-8 February 2019! Please find below exhibition instructions, schedules and links for sending your company information and sponsor materials.

Construction hours:
Wednesday 6th Feb 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Maintenance on Thursday 7th Feb and Friday 8th Feb 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

During the construction hours, the service doors in use are V11 (heavy items) and Siipi entrance (light items). Vehicles can use door V11 for quick unloading. Please see: Building Instructions, Messukeskus Siipi for more information.

Exhibition hours:
Thursday 7th Feb 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8th Feb 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Dismantling:
Friday 8th Feb 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Quiet dismantling is allowed after 2:00 p.m.

 

Important Dates

(prices for additional services rise: after 29th Dec + 20 %, after 18th Jan + 50%)

Sponsorship Information and Materials

Three levels of sponsorship packages are available to ensure a better coverage. Please send materials according to your sponsorship level by 31st December 2018.

 

Booth Construction

Please inform your booth designers and builders about the following instructions: Building Instructions, Messukeskus Siipi.

 

eMessukeskus Service

Electricity and cleaning are ordered using the venues online service eMessukeskus. You can also order other additional exhibition services and products from the service. eMessukeskus user account is created for your contact person. You get an email for activating the account when the service is open in the beginning of December. Please order additional services with normal price by 29th December 2018 (prices for additional services rise: after 29th Dec + 20 %, after 18th Jan + 50%)

 

Lunch and Exhibitor Room

A buffet lunch is served in restaurant Panorama (0. floor) on Thu and Fri 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. In addition a simpler street food lunch is served in restaurant Platta 2 (1. floor). Please note that lunch is not included in the exhibition space fee. The lunch price for exhibitors is 13,50 €. The lunch can be paid in cash or by credit card in the restaurants. Lunch tickets can be ordered in advance from Messukeskus: ext-henrik.eriksson@messukeskus.com.

Exhibitor room 216 (2. floor) offers a place to rest during the congress days. Coffee/tee/water and fruits/cookies are served for exhibitors there.

 

Invoicing and Cancellation Terms

Please note that the bookings are binding. A booking can be cancelled without charge if cancelled by 30th November 2018. For cancellations during December 2018, 50% of the exhibition price will be charged and for any later cancellations the full price will be charged. Cancellations in written format by email to: samuli.knuutila@labquality.fi or info@labquality.fi. We will charge the participation fee before the event (end of January / beginning of February).
