After registration you will get a confirm email from us. The email contains a link to edit registration detail.

 

Important Dates of the 2021 congress

30th November 2020: fill in the exhibitor informations in the Eventos-system
27th December 2020: Order additional services from eMessukeskus with normal price
(prices for additional services rise: after 28th Dec + 20 %, after 17th Jan + 50%)
31st December 2020 Please send your sponsorship information and materials

 

Exhibitor information

Please send us the basic informations about your company to be used in event marketing, opening the eMessukeskus services and billing. Please send the requested materials by 30th of November 2020.

 

Sponsorship information and materials

For more visibility in the event, we are offering the exhibitors three different sponsorship levels. Please send the required materials, according to your chosen sponsorship level, by 31st of December 2020.

 

Invoicing and Cancellation Terms 2021

Please note that the bookings are binding. A booking can be cancelled without charge if cancelled by 30th November 2020. For cancellations during December 2020, 50% of the exhibition price will be charged and for any later cancellations the full price will be charged. Cancellations in written format by email to: paivi.burakoff@labquality.fi  or info@labquality.fi. We will charge the participation fee before the event (end of January / beginning of February).

 

Registering

We will register all events´ visitors and also the exhibitors must be registered as visitors. After signing up as an exhibitor, you will get a link to your email to do this.

 

Lunch and Exhibitor Room 2021

Lunch is reserved in two restaurants (Paltta2 and Panorama) at open from 11 to14. Lunch it´s not included in the exhibitor´s fare. Exhibitor´s fare is 18,00 EUR/ person. Exhibitors can buy a lunch ticket from the restaurants or in advance when signing in to the conference. Exhibitors have their own break room on the 2nd floor (Room 216), which serves coffee, tea, fruits and biscuits.

Exhibition hours:
Thursday 11th of Feb 2021 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday 12th of Feb 2021 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Construction hours:
Wednesday 10th of Feb 2021 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Maintenance on Thursday 11th of Feb 2021 and Friday 12th of Feb 2021 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

During the construction hours, the service doors in use are V11 (heavy items) and Siipi entrance (light items). Vehicles can use door V11 for quick unloading. Please see: Building Instructions, Messukeskus Siipi for more information.

Dismantling:
Friday 12th of Feb 2021 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. You are allowed to start the dismantling earliest at 3.30pm.

eMessukeskus Service 2021

Electricity and cleaning are ordered using the venues online service eMessukeskus. You can also order other additional exhibition services and products from the service. eMessukeskus user account is created for your contact person. You will get an email for activating the account when the service is opened in the beginning of December. Please order additional services with normal price by 27th December 2020 (prices for additional services rise: after 28th Dec + 20 %, after 17th Jan + 50%)
